Nathan Goltz

Nathan Goltz’s practice is focused on estate planning, probate and trust administration, business law (including non-profit organizations), tax law and real estate law.  Nathan’s practice is benefitted by his work experience and undergraduate degrees in business, which equips him to analyze both the legal and business aspects of a proposed course of action.  Additionally, Nathan assists individuals and families in estate planning, tailoring appropriate techniques to each client’s unique objectives. He is also well-acquainted with Minnesota’s probate and trust administration procedures and can help families navigate the difficult time when loved ones pass away.

In his spare time, Nathan enjoys spending time with his lovely wife, an elementary teacher at a local school. Avid outdoors people, they live in St. Paul and can frequently be found biking or running around the area’s many scenic parkways. Nathan and his wife also volunteer their time weekly at Urban Ventures Leadership Foundation, where they serve as youth mentors.  They are also active in their church, The Upper Room, in St. Louis Park.

Prior to joining the firm, Nathan served for two years as Staff Attorney to the Honorable Karen J. Asphaug, in the First Judicial District.
